3. Identification and Verification:

You must present valid government-issued identification to verify your identity before the Notary can perform the notarial act. The Notary may refuse to provide services if proper identification is not presented or if there are doubts about the authenticity of the identification provided.

4. Fees and Payment:

The fees for notary services are determined by the Notary and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service, and the Notary accepts cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment as specified. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
